Master Hauler was developed to capture material load information and trucking hours in real time. In addition, our solution will create an electronic haul sheet that is automatically emailed to the end users once a Foreman or Office Admin approves it. We've experienced first hand the struggles of dealing with paper haul sheets and from that, took it upon ourselves to develop this application so others don't have to continue with those same struggles. Master Hauler was designed using a mobile device to capture the load information on the front end and on the back end, users will log into the website where they are able to setup jobs, geofences and track the material in real time. Once the driver ends their shift, a Foreman or Office Admin is able to edit / approve the haul sheet and the system will automatically create a pdf haul sheet that is legible and complete. Finally, Foreman and / or Office Admin can run a report to see total material quantities and trucking hours by job each day.
